The visit determination part determines whether or not a user has visited the target store of advertisement information distributed to the terminal equipment of the user. The purchase information acquisition part acquires the information of merchandise purchased by the user. The purchase determination part determines whether or not the user has purchased the target merchandise of the advertisement information after visiting the target store on the basis of the information acquired by the purchase information acquisition part. |
