Provided are a structure, and an electronic device comprising the same. The structure comprises: a modifiable base material; and a conductive complex layer arranged on at least a partial surface of the modifiable base material. The conductive complex layer comprises: a polymer matrix, and a plurality of conductive elements embedded in the polymer matrix. The conductive complex layer is arranged to be curved or increased with the modifiable base material. At least a partial surface of the conductive complex layer is processed by a solvent capable of dissolving the polymer matrix, thereby exposing a whole or a part of the conductive element.
