METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE BATTERY CELL

According to the present invention, a battery cell manufacturing method includes the steps of: (a) encasing an electrode assembly in a pouch case; (b) injecting an electrolyte through a first extension unit of the pouch case; (c) sealing the first extension unit; (d) proceeding charging and discharging operations; (e) forming a de-gas hole on the first extension unit to discharge the gas generated in the pouch case; and (f) taping the area having the de-gas hole. The present invention can prevent micro-cracks from forming during a pouch-type battery cell, thereby enhancing the quality of the manufactured battery cell.
