<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray mechanism for an open rack vaporizer, capable of efficiently vaporizing liquefied natural gas with as small amount of heating medium as possible by preventing drift current inside a trough.SOLUTION: A spray mechanism for an open rack vaporizer is provided, which vaporizes liquefied natural gas passing through inside of heat transfer pipes 2 by flowing a heating medium from a trough 5 installed on an upper side surface of a heat exchanger panel having a plurality of heat transfer pipes arranged in a panel shape, down to side surfaces of the heat exchanger panel. In the spray mechanism, a double partition wall 42 is formed by providing both outer partition wall 20 and inner partition wall 30 in partial regions in the longitudinal direction of the trough, and a drift current prevention barrier 41 is provided in the longitudinal direction inside the double partition wall 42, for blocking the heating medium flowing inside the double partition wall 42 from flowing in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
