PURPOSE:To facilitate proper operation of an inverter, by putting out a signal indicating whether or not it is possible to satisfy the inverter pulse-off period which is required on the occasion of obtaining a gate signal. CONSTITUTION:A carrier wave signal 10a and a modulated wave signal 11a from signal generators 10 and 11 are put into a comparing circuit 12, rising of the output is detected by a signal generating circuit 13, and input and output of the signal generating circuit 13 are given to an OR gate 14. Output of a detecting circuit 16 and output of a detecting circuit 20 are put into the OR gate. Output of a signal generating circuit 17, to which output of the OR gate is put in, and inversion output of output of the gate 14 are put into an OR gate 19. Outputs of OR gates 19 and 21 are used as gate signals of the inverter. |
