According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plant growing device for a plant factory comprises: a plant growing unit; a lighting body including a lighting lamp disposed in an upper part of the plant growing unit and irradiating light needed in growing a plant, and a lighting cooling unit coupled with the lighting lamp and having a coolant flowing therein to cool the lighting lamp; a pump for pumping the coolant to the lighting cooling unit; a heat radiating unit for cooling the heated coolant discharged from the lighting cooling unit; and multiple circulation paths for circulating the coolant by sequentially connecting the pump, the lighting cooling unit, and the heat radiating unit. |
