The automatic light quantity supplementing and correcting system (10) comprises a calculation unit (106), a collection unit (108) and a supplementing and correcting unit (120), wherein the calculation unit (106) is used for calculating a supplementing and correcting parameter based on a brightness-grayscale linear equation; the collection unit (108) is used for collecting a current brightness value; and the supplementing and correcting unit (120) is used for calculating a target brightness value using the supplementing and correcting parameter and the current brightness value. The automatic light quantity supplementing and correcting system (10) can automatically supplement and correct the light quantity of a light source, thereby solving the problems of abnormal measurements and the like caused by brightness variation.
