The present invention relates to an electronic information label, a server, and a call signal transmitting method. According to an embodiment, the electronic information label includes an input part receiving an operation performed by a user; a sensing part generating an interrupt signal by sensing the operation of the input part; and a call request transmitting part transmitting a call request signal by waking up the interrupt signal when the interrupt signal is sensed. Therefore, the present invention is capable of allowing a customer to simply and quickly call a staff member in a shop.
