PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method that reduces the time for moisture measurement and is not affected by the color of a sample and a measuring device having improved resolution.SOLUTION: With a KF reagent added excessively relative to the moisture content of a sample in a reaction container, or the KF reagent generated through the excessive electrolysis of an anode solution in the reaction container, a signal of a detection electrode is measured, and a difference between the moisture in the sample after the input of the sample and the signal of the detection electrode at the reaction of the KF reagent is converted to moisture content. |
