PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head resolving at least one of a problem of connectivity of flow passages, a problem of variations of a flow rate and a problem of dimensions required for the flow passages while adjusting a pressure loss for each branch when having a plurality of branch flow passages communicating with main flow passages via branch points, and further to provide a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a plurality of head main bodies provided with liquid injection surfaces having nozzle openings where liquid is injected; and flow passage members provided with flow passages supplying the liquid to each of the head main bodies. The flow passages of the flow passage members include: main flows connected to inflow ports supplied with the liquid from liquid supply sources; and a plurality of branches diverging from the main flows. Individual ones of the plurality of branches are vertical flow passages 272a1 through 272a6 extending in a vertical direction and include vertical flow passages connected to manifold sections of the head main bodies at outlet sides. Cross-sectional areas of flow passage cross-sections in the vertical flow passages vary in the courses of the vertical flow passages, and distances from the liquid injection surfaces to positions where the cross-sectional areas vary are different from one another for each of the vertical flow passages. |
