<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily determine whether a movement velocity of a photographed object is normal or abnormal, and to reduce a burden of a worker required for installing an imaging device.SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 comprises: a video image input unit 2 into which a video image having an area of interest photographed by an imaging device 10 is input; and an image processing unit 3 that processes a frame image pertaining to the video image input into the video image input unit 2, and traces a movement of an object in the area of interest. Further, as to the traced object, the image processing unit 3 is configured to determine whether a movement velocity of the object is normal or not on the basis of a size of the object on the frame image and an amount of change of a position of the object between the frame images.</p> |
