The present invention relates to a three-dimensional nanofiber scaffold and a producing method thereof. The nanofiber scaffold according to the present invention has a moldable form, is three-dimensional and clayish, and is expected to be widely applied to tissue engineering. In addition, the producing method of the nanofiber scaffold according to the present invention has an advantage of very rapidly producing scaffolds which excellently copy an extracellular matrix (ECM).
