PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which has multiple light emitting elements disposed around an attachment part and achieves improvement of the uniformity ratio of irradiation light.SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: an opening facing a wiring device Cb installed on a device attachment surface C; a substrate 21 which is located around an attachment part 6 and is disposed with a mounting surface facing the front surface side; multiple light emitting elements 22 mounted on the substrate 21; and a diffusion member 3 covering the multiple light emitting elements 22.
