PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which covers the shortcomings caused when a mechanism which removes dust existing on a cleaned body surface by utilizing an electrostatic force or a mechanism which removes the dust by utilizing an adhesive force is used by itself.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a cleaning unit 10 which places a cleaning roller 11, on which predetermined electric charges are built up, in contact with a surface of a cleaned body S while rotating the cleaning roller 11 and utilizes an electrostatic force to remove dust existing on the surface of the cleaned body S; and an adhesive roller unit 30 which places an adhesive roller 31 in contact with the surface of the cleaned body S while rotating the adhesive roller 31 and utilizes an adhesive force to remove the dust existing on the surface of the cleaned body S. The cleaning unit 10 is disposed at the front side of the adhesive roller unit 30 with respect to a transfer direction of the cleaned body S.
