A pixel drive circuit and an array substrate of an OLED display and the display. The pixel drive circuit comprises: a scan switching transistor (TFT1), a source of the scan switching transistor (TFT1) being connected to a data line (Data_n), a gate of the scan switching transistor (TFT1) being connected to a current row of scan control line (Gate_n), a drain of the scan switching transistor (TFT1) being connected to a first end of a storage capacitor (C1), and a second end of the storage capacitor (C1) being connected to the ground; a precharge switching transistor (TFT3), a source of the precharge switching transistor (TFT3) being connected to the data line, a gate of the precharge switching transistor (TFT3) being connected to a previous row of scan control line (Gate_n-1), and a drain of the precharge switching transistor (TFT3) being connected to the first end of the storage capacitor (C1); a drive transistor (TFT2), a gate of the drive transistor (TFT2) being connected to the drain of the scan switching transistor (TFT1), and a drain of the drive transistor (TFT2) being connected to the ground; and an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a negative electrode of the organic light emitting diode (OLED) being connected to a source of the drive transistor (TFT2), and a positive electrode of the organic light emitting diode (OLED) being connected to a power line (Vdd). The scan time of the current row of scan control line (Gate_n) is at least partially overlapped with the scan time of the previous row of scan control line (Gate_n-1). By means of the scheme, the charging efficiency of storage capacitors in pixel units can be improved, and therefore the display effect can be improved. |
