Disclosed are a cold-rolled steel sheet for enamel having excellent resistance to fish-scale, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture a cold-rolled steel sheet for enamel comprises the steps of: raising a temperature of a steel sheet to 680±10°C by inputting, into a batch annealing furnace, the steel sheet including 0.003 wt% or less of carbon (C), 0.03 wt% or less of silicon (Si), 0.15-0.25 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.02 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.02-0.06 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.02-0.04 wt% of soluble aluminum (Sol.Al), 0.06-0.09 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.005 wt% or less of nitrogen (N), 0.005 wt% or less of oxygen (O), and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities; conducting heat treatment of batch annealing by maintaining the steel sheet at a temperature of 680±10°C for 10±1 hours; and cooling the steel sheet having completed the heat treatment of batch annealing. |
