摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in an electric blow molding machine, the effective reduction in operation of a mold clamping device cannot be achieved due to the restriction of a servo motor or a sequencer or the like being an electrical system driving mechanism of the electric blow molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: A blow molding method has the following configuration. Mold clamping is executed after executing mold closing in which a cylindrical parison hanging down from a head 2 is clamped by a mold 6 by the driving of a mold clamping device 7. The mold 6 is slidingly moved under blow pins 8a, 8b. Air is blown into the parison from the downwardly-moved blow pins 8a, 8b in order to inflate the parison and mold a molding. Air is evacuated, and subsequently, the mold 6 is slidingly moved under the head 2 in the reverse direction. The blow molding method is configured to input the maximum external dimension value in the horizontal direction of the molding and the outer-diameter value of the cylindrical parison to an operation screen 20. It is configured to measure the mold closing time of reaching either larger value of the values from the maximum mold opening fixed point. It is configured to start the sliding movement in the reverse direction of the mold 6 at a dimension position being a position apart from the mold closing position of the mold by a dimension obtained by adding a desirable value to the larger value, and subsequently, to start the mold closing at the position equivalent to the measured mold closing time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
