<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative board of a high strength and environmentally friendly type, in which bending is less likely to occur, and which has chemical resistance, contamination resistance, and high smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative board includes an adhesive layer, a base paper, and a surface protective layer in this order on one surface of a base material. The surface protective layer is a cured material layer of a resin composition containing an ionizing radiation curable resin (A) and a thermosetting resin (B).
