A gas turbine engine (20) includes a fluid intake (70). A turbine section (28) includes a turbine case (64). A firewall (76) is located upstream of the turbine section (28). A conduit (74) is configured to direct a fluid from the fluid intake (70) to the turbine case (64). A valve (80) is located on a first side of the firewall (76) opposite from the turbine section (28) and is configured to regulate a flow of the fluid through the conduit (74).
