<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveying a granule where the collapse of a granule which is granulated with fine powder as the body and whose average grain size and strength are prescribed is suppressed, and a sintered ore having satisfactory quality can be efficiently produced. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the method for conveying the granule, where the granule is dropt off via a chute 11 for conveyance, wherein a binder is added to a sintering raw material comprising grains with a grain size under 500μm by≥60 mass%, and granulation and drying are performed so as to obtain the granule having the average grain size of 1 to 20 mm and strength of 0.1 to 1.5 MPa, wherein the confronted faces 14, 15 at the inside of the chute 11 for conveyance are provided with dropping-off impact buffer members 16 for the granule so as to be alternately projected at intervals H in the dropping-off direction of the granule, further, the dropping-off height H of the granule between the upper and lower adjoining dropping-off impact buffer members 16 is controlled to the range of 0.1 to 0.4 m, and the overlap distance W when the upper and lower adjoining dropping-off impact buffer members 16 are viewed from the above is controlled to zero or to the range exceeding zero and less than the half of the projecting length L of the dropping-off impact buffer member 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
