The present invention relates to an intravascular radiofrequency ablation balloon catheter comprising: a liquid input portion connected to one end of a catheter body; a shaft configured as a long conduit and connected to the other end of the catheter body; an electrode formed on the distal end of the shaft; and a balloon formed on the distal end of the shaft, wherein when the balloon is inflated in a blood vessel, the inflated balloon only partially blocks the blood vessel so that a space capable of maintaining blood flow is formed.
