The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a Ti-6Al-4V alloy, wherein manufacturing costs can be reduced while maintaining excellent existing properties. Provided is a method to manufacture the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, comprising the steps of: preparing a titanium hydride (TiH_2) powder; preparing a vanadium-aluminum (V-Al) alloy powder; and forming a Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder via a mechanical alloying process after mixing the titanium hydride (TiH_2) powder and the vanadium-aluminum (V-Al) alloy powder.
