<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device of a motor coil wire and a welding method of a motor coil wire which weld a motor coil wire without peeling an insulation coat. <P>SOLUTION: In a welding device 10, end parts 111, 111 of a coil wire 110, where coat parts 112 are peeled, are held by an upper electrode 80 and a lower electrode 90. The welding device 10 flows a current to the upper electrode 80, the end parts 111, 111, and the lower electrode 90, and thereby welding the end parts 111, 111. A fitting part 81 and a cover part 82 are formed at the upper electrode 80. The end parts 111, 111 are fitted into the fitting part 81 and the coat parts 112 are covered by the cover part 82 when the end parts 111, 111 are held by the upper electrode 80 and the lower electrode 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
