<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting method and a vehicle height adjusting device, capable of controlling an attitude of a vehicle so that a dynamic balance such as maneuvering stability and ride comfort of the vehicle becomes optimal by adjusting a vehicle height, even when a person gets on and a cargo is loaded. <P>SOLUTION: While changing any one wheel of the vehicle of arranging a vehicle height adjusting means capable of adjusting the vehicle height in at least one wheel, in a range of a frequency of 0-6 Hz by an excitation means, a change in a value of a wheel load of the vehicle whole wheels is measured by exciting in the vertical direction, a pitch roll transmission characteristic of the vehicle is set based on the frequency of excitation and the measured value of the wheel load of the respective wheels, and the vehicle height adjusting means is controlled so that a phase in the pitch roll transmission characteristic approaches 0 when the frequency is higher by 1 Hz than the frequency of becoming the peak of gain in the pitch roll transmission characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
