<p>A pneumatic conveyor 100 and corresponding method of usage, feature the use of a filter receiver 5, which contains a normally fixed amount of material, the amount actively controlled by a control system, which acts as a buffer to variations in material feed coming in from upstream pneumatic conveying components. The upstream components are a supply source 1, a vessel 14, a compression device 8, and a control system 19. The buffer may allow a quicker response to an increase in demand for output of material from the pneumatic conveyor system, such as into an associated process 2 in which the material is needed.</p> |
