<p>The present invention provides a double-layer floor device, capable of preventing a fixing mechanism for fixing a panel and a support portion from separating from the panel in a usual panel detaching operation, and having an excellent operationality. A small screw is composed of a head and a shaft, the upper portion of the shaft has a diameter smaller than that of the lower portion fixed on the support portion, the panel is composed of a core material and a steel plate arranged on at least the upper surface of the core material, the upper surface of the core material is provided with a recessed portion for receiving the head, a core material penetrating inserting hole is formed on the core material, and penetrates vertically substantially on the centre of the recessed portion, the shaft penetrates and is inserted into the core material penetrating inserting hole, a steel plate penetrating inserting hole penetrating and inserted to the small screw is arranged in a position of the steel plate corresponding to the core material penetrating inserting hole, the head compresses part of the steel plate into the recessed portion when the panel and the support portion are fixed together by the small screw, such that the steel plate penetrating inserting hole has a diameter smaller than that of the lower portion of the small screw and larger than that of the upper portion.</p> |
