The present invention relates to an emergency driving method of a hybrid vehicle, and more specifically, to an emergency driving method of a hybrid vehicle, capable of performing emergency driving when a high voltage relay is abnormally turned off while the hybrid vehicle is driven. The emergency driving method of a hybrid vehicle including: an engine; a first motor connected to the engine through an engine clutch and connected to a vehicle wheel to allow power transference; and a second motor directly connected to the engine to allow power transference, comprises: a step of charging a direct current (DC)-link end with a counter electromotive force of the first motor and the second motor, the counter electromotive force generated by driving energy of the hybrid vehicle or power of the engine, when the main relay is turned off while the hybrid vehicle is driven; a voltage control step of controlling the voltage of the DC-link end through a second inverter connecting the DC-link end and the second motor while the engine is driven; and a step of using the DC-link end where the voltage is controlled as a power source for the emergency drive of the hybrid vehicle. In a step of performing the emergency driving of a hybrid vehicle using the DC-link end as a power source, the hybrid vehicle is driven by a driving force of the first motor after the engine clutch positioned between the engine and the first motor is disengaged. |
