<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable adhesive sheet which exhibits sufficient adhesiveness to an adherend before a heat treatment, becomes capable of being peeled off from the adherend easily without application of excessive force, and enables more efficient fabrication of the adherend.SOLUTION: Provided is a removable adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer comprising thermally expandable microspheres, an adhesive, a tackifier, and a crosslinking agent. The removable adhesive sheet has: 180° peel strength of 1.8 to 4.0 N/25 mm with respect to a polyimide film at 60°C; a ratio of an area (S) of a contact surface and an area (S) of a contact surface when heated at a temperature in a range of (thermal expansion temperature of the thermally expandable microspheres+20 to 60°C), (S)/(S), has a value of 2.0 to 4.0; and a thickness of 35 to 55μm.</p> |
