A system for recommending real estate using real estate review is provided. The system for recommending real estate using real estate review which recommends optimal real estate by analyzing real estate information, comprises the steps of: calling a unique value about environment information of the real estate information; managing resident grade or review; inducing a resident satisfaction index from the unique value or the resident grade; and recommending real estate information considering the induced resident satisfaction index or resident review. |
