The present invention relates to a ventilating and air conditioning system to circulate indoor or outdoor air for the ventilating and air conditioning and heating and ventilating and air conditioning method thereof. The present invention comprises: a housing (100) wherein an outdoor air inlet (OS) and an external outlet (OE) connected to the outside, and an indoor inlet (IE) and an internal outlet (IS) connected to the inside are formed; a total heat exchanger (700) to perform heat exchange between the indoor air and the outdoor air; a heat pump (300) wherein the indoor air or the outdoor air is supplied and cooling or heating of the indoor air is performed; and a flow path control assembly (500) to control the flow of the outdoor air and the indoor air by being installed inside the housing (100). The flow path control assembly (500) controls the flow of the indoor air and the outdoor air to induce the indoor air and the outdoor air to pass the total heat exchanger (700) and the heat pump (300) or to ventilate the indoor air and the outdoor air by not being passed through the total heat exchanger (700) and the heat pump (300). In the present invention as above, the convenience of a user can be improved and the degree of freedom of ventilation equipment can be improved since the ventilation and the cooling or heating are individually executed or the ventilation and the heating and cooling are executed together as necessary. |
