The present invention relates to a method for preparing barley sprout noodles, and barley sprout noodles prepared thereby. More specifically, the preparing method of barley sprout noodles comprises the following steps: a first step of naturally drying barley sprout under the shadow, and pulverizing the dried barley sprout; a second step of preparing dough by mixing barley sprout powder and bamboo salt at a ratio of 3 to 5 g:4 to 6 g, with respect to 100 g of flour, with 90 to 100 ml of water, and stirring the mixture; and a third step of preparing barley sprout noodles with the dough obtained in the second step. Accordingly, the barley sprout noodles of the present invention provides taste, flavor, and color which are not provided in conventional noodles, and at the same time, provides excellent pharmacological and nutritious effects for health, compared to the conventional noodles. |
