The present invention relates to a handler device, capable of increasing the position precision of a tested device by adjusting a position of an actuator. The handler device, returning the tested device to a socket for testing, includes: an actuator adjusting a position of the tested device on a device maintainer by being interlocked with the device maintainer before interlocking the device maintainer for maintaining the tested device with the socket for testing; and an actuator adjusting part adjusting the operation of the actuator by interlocking the actuator with the actuator interlocking unit. |
