Disclosed are an organometallic compound and an organic light emitting diode including the same. The organic light emitting diode comprises a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a light emitting layer, where the organic layer includes one or more kinds of the organometallic compound.
