The present invention relates to a system for authenticating and integrally managing a smart card capable of stably operating a smart card which comprises: the smart card to which a one-time retune value generated in meta applet is variably applied; a mobile terminal having check digit data for verification for providing general services of a card connected through a URL of a card benefit guide site; and a financial server for registering the smart card and registering information of a mobile terminal by verifying a hash value and MAC according to card information stored in a database. |
