PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside-pipe confirmation device which is insertable from a main pipe side and capable of observing a vicinity of a confluence of a main pipe and a branch pipe from the inside of the branch pipe, thereby enabling workability of pipe repair work to be improved.SOLUTION: The inside-pipe confirmation device comprises: a camera unit 2 including a camera 10 that photographs the inside of a branch pipe 302 and a communication part 11 that transmits image information photographed by the camera 10; a conveyance unit 3 including a housing part 20 in which the camera unit 2 is housed, feeding means 21 that feeds out the camera unit 2 from the housing part 20 to the inside of the branch pipe 302, and recovery means 21 that recovers the camera unit 2 from the inside of the branch pipe 302 into the housing part 20; and a communication unit 4 that receives the image information transmitted from the communication part 11. The feeding means 21 and the recovery means 21 are configured to be separable from the camera unit 2, thereby enabling observation of the vicinity of the confluence of the main pipe 301 and the branch pipe 302 from the inside of the branch pipe 302 without being disturbed by a communication cable and the like.
