PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform search more surely when an elderly person loiters around and the like.SOLUTION: A bulletin board device 1 including a screen 2 and a camera 11 and a server device 3 connected to it are provided. The server device includes; a photographic image processing unit 3e for recognizing a face from an image photographed by a camera; a person to be searched registration information unit 3d for registering registration information including a face image of a specific person who becomes a search object; an image storage unit 3b for storing the image to be displayed on the bulletin board device; and a face recognition engine for collating the photographed face image with the face image in the registration information, and calculating a recognition rate. When there is a possibility that the detected person is the specific person by the recognition rate, by displaying an image corresponding to likes and tastes from the registration information, the specific person can be detained in front of the bulletin board device, and his/her family members and the like can go to pick him/her up during that time.
