The present invention provides a light source module, and a backlight assembly and a display device including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light source module comprises: a printed circuit board; a plurality of light sources disposed on the printed circuit board; a plurality of optical lenses disposed on an upper portion of each light source; and a plurality of reflection patterns including a first reflection pattern disposed on a lower portion of each optical lens, and a second reflection pattern disposed on an upper portion of each optical lens.
