PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which the residual potential after exposure is suppressed to be small even by repeated use while maintaining high durability.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor created by forming a photosensitive layer on a conductive support medium and forming a surface layer on the photosensitive layer, wherein the electrophotographic photoreceptor is characterized in that the surface layer includes a resin obtained by polymerization reaction of a cross-linking polymerizable compound, N-type semiconductor particles, and P-type semiconductor particles. It is preferable that the ratio of the P-type semiconductor particles to the N-type semiconductor particles in the surface layer is 0.1 to 0.8 inclusive in terms of a mass ratio (number of pts.mass of P-type semiconductor particles/number of pts.mass of N-type semiconductor particles). |
