PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device and an inspection system for efficiently inspecting operation of a fan.SOLUTION: An inspection system 100 includes: an inspection device 20 for inspecting an operation of a cooling fan; a measurement data processing part 46 for processing a signal acquired from a sensor of the inspection device 20; and a control device 40 for controlling the inspection device 20. The inspection device 20 includes: an edge part 26 contacted with an inspection target device so as to surround a cooling fan ventilation port of the inspection target device, at the inspection; a recessed part 24 for covering the cooling fan ventilation port; and a pressure sensor 30 provided inside the recessed part 24. The recessed part 24 is provided with an aeration port that enables outflow/inflow of inside/outside air.
