<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film transistor capable of maintaining excellent electric characteristics even after heating, and to provide an organic EL display device comprising the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a thin-film transistor that, on a substrate, a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer are provided in a mutually overlapped region via a gate insulating film, and a source electrode and a drain electrode connected with the semiconductor layer are provided. Each of the source electrode and the drain electrode is configured by laminating a contact layer deposited on the semiconductor layer, and an electrode main body layer formed of a conductive material laminated and formed on the contact layer and that is thicker than the contact layer. The contact layer is formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and the electrode main body layer is formed of a conductive material other than aluminum or an aluminum alloy.</p> |
