<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device that can uniformly discharge electrons in a surface direction of electron discharge means, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus including the charging device, and an ion generating device.SOLUTION: There is provided a charging device 6 that includes electron charging means 60 discharging electrons upon application of a predetermined voltage from voltage application means 5, and emits electrons from the electron discharge means to charge a charging target body 2, where the electron discharge means includes an electrode 61 to which a voltage is applied by the voltage application means and a conductive sheet 62 arranged on the electrode, and the conductive sheet has a plurality of projections 62a arranged in a plane grating shape on the surface opposite to the electrode side.</p> |
