The smart jump rope comprises: a balance handle (2000) including the device unit handle (1000) and a weight bob (200) inside; and a jump rope wire (3000) for connecting the device unit handle (1000) with the balance handle (2000). Additionally, the smart jump rope comprising a function of inputting a weight and a height of a user, and other personal information of a user in the control unit (130), provides an amount of exercise, calorie consumption information, etc., optimized for the user on the basis of the data.
