PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD conversion circuit capable of performing gain adjustment without preparing a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) circuit.SOLUTION: A pipeline type or successive comparison type AD conversion circuit 1 for performing AD conversion by comparing an input voltage with a reference voltage includes a reference voltage generation section 5 for generating the reference voltage. The reference voltage generation section changes the reference voltage in accordance with an analog gain command value for setting analog gain of an output value for the input voltage. The reference voltage generation section generates a value obtained by multiplying a standard voltage by an inverse number of the analog gain as the reference voltage. |
