PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering cooling water effluents, in which the cooling water effluent such as blow water of a circulating cooling water system is treated with a RO membrane and recovered so that a water treatment cost is reduced and a water recovery rate is improved and stabilized.SOLUTION: The method for recovering cooling water effluents, in which the water discharged from the circulating cooling water system is treated in a water recovery system including a pretreatment membrane and the RO membrane and the treated water is returned to the circulating cooling water system, comprises the steps of: adding a dispersant, which is used for dispersing scale components and permeates through the pretreatment membrane, to the circulating cooling water system; and using a dispersant-permeable membrane as the pretreatment membrane of the RO membrane to effectively utilize the dispersant added to the circulating cooling water system in the water recovery system so that the water treatment cost is reduced and the water recovery rate is improved and stabilized. |
