PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station capable of automatically acquiring cell type information of a cell in another base station.SOLUTION: A terminal UE transmits cell type information which indicates a PCI of a neighboring cell and a cell type of the neighboring cell to a base station (Cell#1) as a measurement report (Step S11). The base station (Cell#1) records cell type information of Cell#2, Cell#3 and Cell#4 included in the measurement report from the terminal UE in the own NRT (Step S15). Thus, the cell type information 'cell-type#2', 'cell-type#3' and 'cell-type#4' of the neighboring cells Cell#2, Cell#3 and Cell#4 is stored in the NRT of the base station (Cell#1).
