PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem as to generate wrinkles when conveying a print medium having an adhesive surface. ! SOLUTION: An image forming device has a conveyance part 103 which conveys an adhesive surface 2b of a print medium 2 pulled out from a roll body 4 while protecting the adhesive surface 2b with a protection belt 21, the conveyance part 103 includes a conveyance roller 22 and a guide member 29 which supports and guides the protection belt 21 on a position opposite to an image forming part 102, the guide member 29 includes at least a flat surface part 29a and an oblique part 29b continuing to the medium conveyance direction upstream side of the flat surface part 29a and a winding angle a of the print medium 2 to the conveyance roller 21 and an angle b of the oblique part 29b of the guide member 29 to the flat surface part 29a has the relation: a>b. !
