PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing system, and an image processing method capable of noise removal with suitable intensity.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus for performing noise removal on a first image obtained by imaging a subject with an imaging apparatus comprises: an intensity setting part which sets the intensity of noise removal on the basis of the focus position of the imaging apparatus when the subject is imaged and a subject distance being the distance between the imaging apparatus and the subject; and a noise removal part which performs the noise removal on the first image with the set intensity of the noise removal. |
