PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of shortening a measurement cycle.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 1 includes: a main controller 10 which outputs a control signal C for designating a measurement signal S1 to be converted into a digital signal and one of internal calibration signals Q1, Q2 at a time; and a sub controller 20 which successively performs a first control for selecting the measurement signal S1 and converting it into the digital signal on the basis of the control signal C from the main controller 10 and a second control for selecting one of the internal calibration signals Q1, Q2 and converting it into the digital signal while obtaining a measurement value by using the measurement signal S1 converted into the digital signal in the first control and an internal calibration signal converted into a digital signal by a control performed before the first control. |
