PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus control system capable of suppressing a user burden to be loaded when bringing an apparatus to a state where an operation matched to a purpose can be performed, an apparatus control device, an apparatus control method and a program.SOLUTION: The apparatus control system includes: a reservation management device 100 which receives input of place identification information for identifying a place and an usage date to use the place and reserves the usage of the place and the apparatus disposed in the place at the usage date; and an apparatus control device 200 which performs control to bring the apparatus into a powered-on state on the basis of the usage date and apparatus identification information identifying the apparatus on a network.
