PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destaticizer and a destaticizing head that can perform sufficient destaticization irrespective of the ambient environment.SOLUTION: Humidified air is generated by humidifying air in a humidified air generator. The humidified air flows out from an air flow-out port 212 of a destaticizing head 200A. One or plural destaticizing needles 220 and a ground electrode 230 are held in the destaticizing head 200A. A voltage for generating corona discharge is applied between the one or plural destaticizing needles 220 and the ground electrode 230 by a power supply device. The one or plural destaticizing needles 220 are disposed in the destaticizing head 200A so that ions generated by corona discharge are fed out by the humidified air flowing out from the air flow-out port 212.
